The Ice
Age Park & Trail Foundation’s Mobile Skills Crew and
Waushara County Chapter will construct a new segment of the Ice Age Trail
on the Bohn Lake State Ice Age Trail Area

As usual, our main goals are to be
safe and have fun. Provided those goals are met, we will construct over a
mile of new Ice Age Trail. The canvas of this beautiful new segment is an
Food and camping are provided right on site. Work starts at 8am each day and lunch will be in the field. Showers may be tough to come by, but the lake is always open. Bring sturdy boots, water bottles, leather work gloves, daypack, long-sleeve shirt and pants, insect repellant, hat, raingear, towel, tent, sleeping bag, sleeping pad, and personal needs. Directions: From I-39/US-51 exit on CTH V (Hancock) and travel east on CTH V just over 4 miles. Take a right (south) on CTH B and travel about one mile to the project site on the left (east). Look for the yellow Ice Age Trail Event signs. From Wautoma take ST-73 north to CTH C and take a left (west). Travel on CTH C approximately 8 miles to CTH B. Take a right (north) on CTH C and travel north about ˝ mile to the project site on the right (east). Look for the yellow Ice Age Trail Event signs. See you in ‘Sandy Land’! The Project Team |
