Hi Friends of the IAT,
What follows is an e-mail from JoAnn Parks as to
Johns situation. JoAnn also sent a bunch of John's photos and I will
try to get those all posted tonight.

Info on John:
I dropped John off at the Hwy CC parking lot at 6 AM today. He had a rather
sleepless night. First an intense storm rolled in around midnight. Then a
mouse decided to chew into his tent and it took a little work to remove him!
After a day of resting and sitting out the 102° temperature at Brunet
Island, he was ready to hit the trail. Unfortunately they were predicting
heavy rain again today. He hopes to reach the Chippewa Moraine Visitors
Center tonight. It was great meeting him and I hope to cross paths again
sometime. I am also grateful for the information he shared about his
adventure with my nephew Cade .
